My academic stats

3.2 GPA UW 3.6 W
1640 SAT (540 Math, 510 Reading, 590 Writing)
28 ACT composite

Extracurriculars

Marching Band 4 years (2 years as Front Ensemble Captain)
Jazz Band 4 years
Academy of Finance (Financial literacy program spanning my Sophomore-Senior year)
Spanish Translator for the local elementary school
Volunteered in a village in Kenya for 3 weeks teaching music

VCU- gpa is low , but scores are within range; match
JMU- not sure since they dont release much data; i would guess that this will be harder for you to get into than VCU, but you still have a good chance
william and mary- big reach; your ECs compensate for your stats quite a bit, but you should re take the SAT if you want to have any more than a slim chance at this one
guilford, george mason are high matches
UW is a low reach/high match- once again, i recommend raising your SAT score
