Inputting grades in the UC application?

I’m entering in my grades throughout high school, and I see that things like my PE class don’t show up. So classes like those don’t count towards the GPA that UCs calculate?

Additionally, I go to an arts charter school, meaning that each semester I have 4 different classes that are related to my art. Most of these aren’t considered as college prep electives and therefore don’t show up. Should I manually enter them in?

For the UC’s, if the classes are not listed on the approved UC list then they should not be added unless you know for sure they meet the a-g criteria.

For PE, you don’t input those. If the class is not listed in the a-g list, you could list them in the Additional classes section if you think the classes are pertinent.
