What is your budget?
Make sure the colleges you’re applying to are affordable.

Can you tell us more about what you are looking for? There are hundreds of universities in the US that might be appropriate, and quite a few more outside of the US. Your budget will matter. Your preferences in a university will also matter.

How does your GPA compare with others from your high school?

My idea is to go to a university with a good environmental science major. There is no budget limit at present.

my Gpa compare with others is in medium to upper level

If your gpa is medium to slightly above for your school then you can forget top 50 schools since you would need to be right at the top for those. Your best bets are probably large publics. Many have good environmental science programs and they tend to love full pay international students. Do you care about what part of the country? Weather? There are so many possibilities that without any preferences from you it’s hard to narrow down.

I like this list of colleges as they not only have environmental focused majors, but they are also actively implementing sustainable change on campus.

I would not bother with the UCs or Cornell based on the stats you shared, but the others may be of interest.

Please clarify this. Does this mean your family can and will pay $60,000 or more per year for your college education?

What kind of weather are you looking for?

Are you looking to apply ED or EA now? Or is this for a future year?

I’m asking because if you are applying EA or ED THIS year, the deadline is November 1 for many many colleges. For example, you mentioned Purdue and University of Rochester in another thread. Those are both November 1 deadlines for their early application deadlines.

This also implies you are looking for schools with winter weather…because both Purdue and Rochester have cold winters.

What kind of weather? Warm? Snowy? Saying you care about weather and then not saying what you like doesn’t help.

There are no rankings of environmental science that are meaningful and commonly recognized. Googling will probably yield a few different rankings but you will find many different opinions.

I prefer warm weather and the winter is not very cold.

Well…you mentioned University of Rochester and the winters there are cold and snowy. And you mentioned Purdue which also has cold winters but not quite as long as the winter in Rochester.

If you want warm weather, neither of these colleges should be on your list.

I am applying EA and ED this year. I am looking for universities which have good weather and good environmental science courses. In environmental science, I’m more interested in studying the effects of climate change on species and how to save them.

If you would like to study climate change, then you may want to consider colleges with strong geosciences departments:

Sorry, having issues getting my replies to go to the right person.
