<p>I recently applied to the INROADS program and apparently I was supposed to have a phone interview scheduled but instead they just sent an invitation to their candidate prep session via email. They originally said that I had to receive a phone screening to be able to go on further in the program. But now I'm allowed to go to the cps? I'm confused. Has this happened to anyone else?</p>
