I'm interested in applying to inroads (http://www.inroads.org/). Is this program only directed towards African-Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans or is it towards a general minority (including Asian)?

it includes asians. definitely apply to it

thanks :)

Has anyone had any experience with this program?

I mentor a student who spent two years with the Dayton-Cincinnati Inroads program. She worked with high end custormers at a regional bank for two summers and one winter break then went on to another internship for the following two summers not through inroads. They also had lots of training sessions hosted at a local college on preparing for corporate culture. The pay was good too for high school grads and college students. This student is currently a senior at Wellesley, majored in Economics and Spanish, just got a job over in NYC with an insurance company. Good salarly with a signing bonus. So, yes apply to Inroads it will give you a good foundation in the business world.
