Could anyone give me some insider info about Buckingham Browne and Nichols in Cambridge, MA? What is it like to be a 11th grade transfer student, is it easy to be accepted socially and make new friends? How is the commute if you don't live right in the city (I could reach the school via public trans.)? Also- I've read that they are generous with financial aid; is this so if you are middle class (my family is "comfortable" financially, but not wealthy)

Thanks.

Great mens soccer program. That’s all I know…sorry.

I went there for middle school, but had to leave because my dad moved. My sister went to the upper school there. I don’t know what grade you are in now, but the current sophomores and freshman arent that cliquey, and overall the student body is pretty nice and accepting. Middle class had a good shot at getting aid from BB&N, although middle class is kind of broad. Where are you coming from? I commuted from Wellesley, where my mom lived, and Boston, where my dad lived, and it was never too rough. The school runs buses now. Just a year ago, they only had the Newton/Wellesley one, and that had just started, but now they have many.
