Insight: Holy Cross - Providence - Loyola - DePaul

Would love any input from those with experience or insight…

D3 is applying/considering a few schools that have some similar attributes (size, catholic, city setting, etc).

College of Holy Cross (Worcester)
Providence College
Loyola Chicago
DePaul (Chicago)

Does anyone have any thoughts on the differences and strengths/advantages or reputation in the marketplace for these schools?

Thanks for your help,

Holy Cross is a beautiful school and is competitive academically for sure. Worcester is trying to remake itself and might be a fun place to be the next 10 years.
An excellent choice.

Providence is a good school in a great little city. Very connected locally. A solid choice

Loyal and DePaul I don’t have a read on but surely fine schools.

Thanks for the input - really liked HC and know it by reputation but know less about Providence.

We had another D who attended DePaul and really liked Chicago in general which has led us to look at both DePaul and Loyola.

Good luck. They are all great.

Providence has a lot of pride. A lot of lawyers come out of PC. And they won the ncaa men’s hockey championship and play big east hoops. Lots of spirit.
