Insight into the language courses in ConnColl?

Hi are there any current students in ConnColl here who have insight into the languages courses in ConnColl? I will take elementary French by Professor Ronan in my freshman, but I'm also very interested in Russian for some personal reason( plus the description of the Russian department on ConnColl website is really tempting!!!). So I'm seriously thinking about taking both French and Russian (both intro level) in freshman. Is it possible to take two intro-level languages in ConnColl? I heard that intro-level languages require intensive training and much time, is that the case with the language courses in ConnColl?
Any input appreciated! Thx!

If you’re really interested in finding out, i suggest emailing the department head of either the french or Russian departments, or the foreign language department would be even better. I’m not currently going there (But am looking at it too!), but I visited and they are very focused on language studies. They even have a dining area in the international building where each table has a designated language which must be spoken at it!!
