Insternational US student trying to transfer to TAMU

Hello,

I am an international student currently at a US university(University of Texas at Arlington) trying to transfer to TAMU.I am having some problems regarding which application to choose correctly. They have an international transfer application, and they are asking me for SAT/School grade, even though I read that I don't need to submit those if I finished more than 30 hours(I did). While the transfer application is for US students only, can anyone point me the right application?

I don't know whether I would get a chance here, since my GPA isn't that great.UTA has a lot of unfair policies with classes/teachers that make it hard for us students to even survive(Not to mention the 17% graduation rate).Hopefully it is easier for me to transfer since I finished more than 50 hours.

The ones that could answer your question is the International Student Services.
Just give them a call or e-mail them! Tell them what type of Visa you have and all your history since arrival to the U.S. You might be eligible for in-state tuition.
