Institutional GPA or cumulative?

I have taken a couple courses at other universities. However, my home institution doesn't transfer the credits. On the admissions application forms for grad school, if the school asks you to list your GPA, do you think I should list my home institution's or should I calculate a new GPA factoring in the other couple courses? I just don't want them to think I'm fabricating when they get my transcript and see that my GPA is higher than indicated. what do you guys think? Thanks.

I think 99% of schools take your cumulative GPA so get out your GPA calculator and calculate ALL the grades you've ever earned. Although, some schools calculate the last 60 units you've earned.
