<p>Come when instruction begins. I think the start of the semester is meant for welcome week (at least for Fall semester, don't know about Spring).</p>

<p>Hey it's a valid question. I was wondering what the hell the difference was this year, since I have a conflict where I can't move in until the 27th. The whole point of this forum is for people to ask questions about Berkeley.</p>
