<p>I just signed up for the financial aid website, and saw this as a required document. Does it mean that I didn't pay the money for part 1 of the application? I know I did because I used my brother's debit card.</p>

<p>What phone number do I call to get this sorted out?</p>

<p>I called, they said to ignore it. It's a glitch in the system and they're waiving the fee.</p>
