Im gonna do some research over the summer, and i think i will get pretty far. How can i enter the Intel Science Fair or The Siemens Westinghouse science fair. Has anyone here done it before, when are the deadlines, will the colleges see it if i am currently a junior, is their any fees, what are the numbers, what are the steps. Any and all comments are welcome. Also if i am doing research with a real scientist, and if that scientist is currently working on the project but i come in a find something new does that mean i can enter the competition with that.

I looked into that, the Intel one, a bit and I looked on the websites and they have all the information there at http://www.sciserv.org/isef/. I think the scientist you work with would be your mentor but I don't know anymore specifics then that. The one at Westinghouse has rules and specifics here: http://www.siemens-foundation.org/. Good luck on your research.
