<p>Sorry if these questions have been answered before or is answered somewhere on the Intel's website but I think it's far easier to ask them directly on CC.</p>
<p>On the application form, it has a space to put down your congressional representative. What is such a representative and how can one get one?</p>
<p>Also, many people say that you have to win regional fairs to move on and qualify for the Intel Science Competition. However, on the application, there are boxes that you can check that include options like "science training program or summer institute" which leads me to believe that you don't HAVE to win at a fair. So..is this true or not?</p>
