<p>I think the finalists have already been notified. There is a news on Andrew Liu becoming 2011 STS finalist.</p>
<p>Google tells me that article was published 3 hours ago, which would be an anomaly but possible I suppose.</p>

<p>For what its worth, I didn’t get my call until early this morning. The person who notified me also indicated that there would be some surprise school visits today in at least one region.</p>
