I’m not an Intel expert but maybe 9 local time. :slight_smile:

Honestly though the people who got it aren’t allowed to post anything like for AP or SAT.

Don’t think I’m being corny but being a Semi-Finalist is not any old accolade to receive. Be proud of your efforts! These competitions have crazy brilliant projects and in another year, with a different set of judges, the same pool of semi-finalists might produce different finalists. And no, I’m not a finalist trying to give you guys advice.

I would stop worrying about Intel at this point in the game and move on with the rest of your senior year.

Well they did say that finalists would be notified by phone call but they never specified when… although in the past it has always been the evening before. Maybe they’ll do it the morning of? I’m not sure

Perhaps none of the finalists are on college confidential? This thread isn’t very big in the first place…

A friend of mine who won top awards at ISEF didn’t get the call…

None here. I seriously doubt they are doing it this year. Some of us should have heard from at least one finalist.

But they said in the letter that they would call the finalists. Perhaps in the morning tomorrow? I am in the Mountain Time Zone and haven’t heard anything. Anyone from the West Coast here?
