Hi,

What exact official documents do I have to send? In my country I can't take tax return, officials even don't know what it is.
What is the bank statement?

And last: what materials can I send online, if any??

Hi,

What exact official documents do I have to send? In my country I can't take tax return, officials even don't know what it is.
What is the bank statement?

And last: what materials can I send online, if any??

1) You can only send the finaid form online for Princeton. All others need it to be sent snailmail.

2) You have to send - International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA) and the Certification of Finances (CoF), along with some verification of income (either tax returns or statement of salary from the employer). Note that some colleges need their own finaid form in place of the ISFAA. Some don't require CoF at application stage.

3) You can send a statement of salary earned in the last year. That should be on the employer's letterhead, countersigned by him and your dad.

4) If on the ISFAA or CoF you put any amount of contribution from yours or your family's savings you have to certify that you have that much in the bank. You have to send them a printout of the last few months' transactions at the bank, or the signature of a bank official certifying that the amount is available immediately.

Some colleges require the CoF only if you intend to enroll. You should check on your schools' websites...

And what about MIT and Yale? Do they require CoF?

And if my parents don't have employer?

if your parents own their own businesses, your parents will need to submit the latest tax filing of their business(es)

And how should they be translated?

They should be translated by the US Embassy (I suppose).

If your parents are self-employed, they are bound to be paying some form of tax, so attach that. In addition you will also need to attach a "Business or Farm Supplement"...

Check up MIT and Yale's websites to see whether they require CoF. As far as I remember, neither of them do.

No any official translation is fine I think as long as you send the original alongwith.
