Hello!
I am applying to UGA through the early action process and am unsure of how to answer the “intended major” question. I know I want to pursue a career in health care administration ( which tends to be a graduate program) , preferably at a children’s hospital, however, I am unsure what major it would be best to choose to follow this path later on. I believe UGA’s program is based in the business school so I was thinking management would be my best option… is this correct or there a major that would fit this program better? What would I include where it asks to briefly explain my choice of major based off of this? It also gives me the option to choose a school or college within the university. Would it be better to choose the college of business instead or is this best for students who are 100% of what they plan on studying/ majoring ( which I am not)? It also asks for a second option as my intended major. What would be best to put here considering the path I want to pursue? I was considering minoring in psychology… should I choose this as my second option? Sorry I know they’re very specific questions but I appreciate any input!
You are over thinking this - admission is not influenced by intended major, many students change paths. Don’t worry about your choice.
Freshmen are not admitted to Terry School of Business . UGA enrolled students must fulfill requirements outlined here

Good Luck in the application process!
