interactions with admissions

<p>I have been trying to schedule a visit to Simmons with admissions. Can anyone else tell me how your interactions have been with them? Do they respond to calls and/or emails timely?
Advice would be appreciated.</p>

<p>I was emailed by an admissions lady saying that I was missing a part of my application. They responded pretty quickly to my reply email, and if you call they will call you back within a couple of days if they don’t answer. My difficulty in contacting them had more to do with the three hour time difference (I live on the west coast) than anything else.</p>

<p>I’ve not received quick replies to my emails… In fact, the last 2 concerning pieces of my application never received a response. I’m sure they were swamped in emails of that topic though. I think it’s a better idea for me just to pick up the phone and call! (although I have the same issue of a 3 hour time difference so I have to remember that - by the time I get home in the afternoon it’s late there)</p>

<p>They have been quite nice, though twice I’ve had to resend documents they seemingly didn’t receive.</p>

<p>Instead of emailing the entire admissions department I just emailed one of the individual admissions own email (that’s what they originally emailed me from). If you would like I can give you that one, she replied to me within a day or so.</p>
