Intercampus Transfer from UCLA to UC Berkeley

Inter-campus transfer from UCLA to UC Berkeley?
Major: Political Science
Currently: Freshman
I will have completed my college GE's, Foundation GE's, and Lower Division classes when the time to apply rolls around and based on UC Reciprocity I should be exempt from taking those classes right? I will also be be taking Upper-Division classes by that time too, so I was wondering how the Upper-Division requirements would work out? I mean, if I end up taking around 5-6 upper division courses here at UCLA that won't transfer over to Berkeley, I won't transfer to Berkeley because that would be a huge waste of my time. Help please!
I forgot to mention that I desperately want to transfer to Berkeley because it has a better Poli Sci program and just because I need a change of scenery

I know UCLA has one thing going for it that Cal doesn’t … the uber-hot Leslie Johns.

im takin her next quarter for 139 … didn’t know she was that fioneee, deeeem.

LOLZ. What’s totally hot about her is her curriculum vitae. If I end up going to UCLA, I can’t take her class, I may fail or ask her out to dinner and cause a scandal.

LOLOL seriously though. I need some help, I’d call Berkeley Admissions but I don’t think they’d help me much.
