Interdisciplinary Studies or Double Major?

I'm starting to doubt what I want to do. Initially I wanted to do CUNY's interdisciplinary studies program in "child & adolescent psychology" and "child & family welfare," but now im thinking I should do a double major in psychology and social work. No matter which route I take im going to go to graduate school to get a master's in social work.

The pro to the interdisciplinary studies program is that I could take a wider range of courses from all the CUNY schools tailored to what exactly I want to do, which I wouldn't be able to do with a double major.

Any advice/suggestions?
