Interested in medicine, going to be a junior this fall - how am I doing?

Here are basically the things I've been doing the past two years.

-A.P World History: 5
-Perfect score (800) on the SAT II for World History
-I'm doing SAT prep right now and am doing fairly well (ranging from 2200-2300 with a private tutor); since I'm taking the PSAT this October, hopefully I'll be able to become a National Merit Finalist
-College Now at CSI - Psychology, Precalculus

-I've been volunteering at the hospital since the summer of freshman year, and will be volunteering in the Pediatrics unit once I turn 17

-Envirothon team member since Freshman year; will be captain this coming year
-Treasurer of Asian American Club
-Member of Pre-med club, Rotary club, Peer-Tutoring Club
-Tutored a freshman throughout the school year last year
-Wind Ensemble member from Freshman-Sophomore year (I had to quit in order to take A.P Chem next year)
-JV Volleyball (freshman-sophomore year)

My schedule next year is:
A.P Chem, A.P Language and Composition, A.P U.S History, regents physics, russian, and calculus.

I deeply regret not joining the science and research program that I was offered at my school in Freshman year - it would've really helped my resume =/ I've been looking everywhere for some sort of internship relating to the sciences to make up for this, but I've had no luck.

I plan to take the SAT this November and score as high as I can to get it out of my way; if I score over a 2300, will it be enough for colleges?

Speaking of which, I'm aiming to go to a 7/8 year medical program. I'm thinking of applying to maybe one or two Ivy-leagues, but I've been really aiming for the Sophie Davis program at City College and the B.A/M.D program at Brooklyn College.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Also, the A.Ps that I’m planning to take senior year are:
A.P Bio
A.P Physics B
A.P Literature
A.P Calculus AB
