Interested In SAT Math 1/Physics

Hello, im new to CC and im just wondering if anyone has really good advice on these two Sat II Test? I just finish my Junior year of High School and plan on hitting the books this summer.
Do you think its possible for me to get 650+ on both of these test? Also, does anyone have some sort of guide or study plan that i took follow? Even Tips would be great! Thank you

What is the highest math you’ve taken? You might find that it easier to get the score you want from taking the Math II since the curve is larger.

The best study plan is to get a prep book, personally I like princeton review. The week prior the test if not two weeks prior hit the books, do a chapter every day and do some practice tests a few days leading up to the test. If you prepare well you will hopefully get the score you’re aiming for.

It’s absolutely possible for you to get a 650+. The curve for math II is so easy you should have NO trouble getting a 700+. Also the physics has a huge curve so enjoy!

What math class did you take in your Junior year? If you took Pre-Cal you should take Math Level II, and if you took Algebra II or another class you can take Level I. If you’re good at math, take Math Level II, it will benefit you more in terms of college admissions than Level 1, and the curve is nice.

And you should study NOW, not in October. Also, get a graphing calculator and learn how to use it. Use prep books and The Official SAT Subject Tests in Mathematics Levels 1 & 2 Study Guide by Collegeboard.

Bump! the highest math I’ve taken is trig and i did well in the class and actually loved it. Got an A+ in the class. Also do u guys suggest that i go on sparknotes and start practicing there? or continue using my Barons Subject test books. (Barnes and Nobles and out of princeton shockingly…) Is the Barons good enough? and thanks for your words of encouragement ! I will work hard!
