“I had a 3.8 cumulative GPA this year as an econ major AT Michigan with impressive extracurriculars (worked my ass off), and watched some of my friends who had 3.3’s and 3.4’s get into Ross while I got rejected.”

If you got rejected from Ross with a 3.8 and other people got in with 3.4’s then there was a flaw in your application.

"Just become black and/or impoverished and you’re a shoe-in! "

LOL…is this a joke?

"This is why many people ended up getting waitlisted. Furthermore, Michigan had a higher % yield for accepted students. They overshot their expected amount by around 600 (~6600 were ENROLLED). "

Michigan really screwed up this year. Their admissions committee should all be fired.
