Using the way that eatsalot told us, I checked my application status. It turned out to be kinda funny.

I got the email and it says:

Credentials Not Yet Processed:

Application and Supplement
Application Fee
Teacher Evaluation 1
Teacher Evaluation 2
Official SAT or ACT Scores

The interesting part is that I sent my SSR, transcript, and two recommendations in one folder. How is that possible they've only processed part of the folder...or they just took the evaluations out and threw the rest of the materials away? lol, just kidding. They won't, will they?

It's always good to read the application instructions before doing anything with your application materials. ;) They say that you should send everything in its own envelope and properly labeled.

I would expect that they just sat them to the side to be processed later. If they're not up by Monday, give them a call.

I sent them all in a "giant" folder with every part having its own envelope labeled on the top, thought I didn't use the Stanford mailing labels.

The interesting part is that I sent my SSR, transcript, and two recommendations in one folder.

The same problem with me...I too send all the materials( TE1, TE2, SSR, Transcripts, Fin aid forms) in a single folder but I receive a reply stating that they have processed TE1 and TE2 but have not yet processed Transcripts and SSR??? HOw's that possible????

I put each of the formsb, all of which are enveloped and sealed by respective Teachers and Guidance counselor in a single Folder and mailed it. I put **Mailing labels provided by Stanford itself, so why did this problem arise?

FB, don't worry. They will.
Besides, they haven't started reviewing the RD pool yet, which my status letter says.

Even if you take the late tests, Stanford would reluctantly accept: "We recommend students make arrangements to take the required tests well in advance of our application deadlines. It is unlikely that scores from tests taken after our deadlines will arrive in our office in time for our review process. We will certainly review any scores we receive (even if they arrive after the deadline) but we cannot promise to delay the review of an application in anticipation of scores that will arrive at a later date."

kritish, I think we would fine. They just have too many mails from the world and need time.
