interesting question

Hey guys,
I'm currently studying at a top 20 school and am trying to figure out where to study abroad for the the '09 schoolyear. I'm basically deciding between Oxford, LSE, and a program in Spain or South America. I haven't researched the Spanish program much, but here's the deal:

I went to an international school when I was younger and was fluent. When I went to high school, I did the two Spanish AP's and haven't really used my Spanish since. I'm sure I'm rusty but I imagine that 6 months in Spain would get me back up to speed (and possibly more fluent?)

On the other hand, I'm going to major in math or econ (not sure yet) and know that LSE is awesome for econ. and the tutor system at Oxford really appeals to me. Any recommendations?

You'll pick up Spanish really really quickly. I had only taken two levels of Spanish before I got here to Spain, but I'm much more comfortable with it now. The only downside to coming to Spain is that it may be difficult finding classes related to math or econ here. I'm taking classes here purely for my Spanish minor and electives.

I agree with somebodynew, I had a smiliar experience and everything comes right back to you. Im sure you'll pick up right were you left off. If not, you could always take some classes so i say go for it!

How can you study abroad at Oxford? Can someone please include a link for me?

Thank you :)
