Interesting Scenario for my Friend

My friend (and no I'm not using this alias for myself, if you wanna see my stats look at my other posts) has decent test scores but a bad gpa.

ACT: 30
Unweighted GPA: not exactly sure, probably near 3 on a 4 scale
Weighted GPA: 4.5/6
Class Rank: About top 37%

His only extracurricular is Varsity Football, with no notable leadership positions or community service. His grades plummeted junior year, where he got 2 D's in AP classes and 5 C's between the two semesters. Also he's white and his parents graduated college, so no hook there.

What are his chances at the following schools?

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
University of Arizona
University of Kansas
University of Miami

University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign- Out
University of Arizona- In
University of Kansas- In
University of Miami- Out

Highly numerical schools. Numbers will determine acceptance, and applicant chances were determined based upon standardized test scores and GPA.

bump bump bump
