interesting stuff going on for ED students...

<p>i just got a letter today about some stuff going on for students of Rice '13 (ED)</p>

<p>Online chat: jan 27th 7-9pm
-this sounds very interesting...you get to talk to your future classmates (including CC!) and current students and ask questions online. Rice '13 group on facebook does a similar thing but i guess this is on a bigger scale</p>

<p>visit campus: feb
-a typical overnight visiting program. </p>

<p>ED message boards: march
-same idea as online chat...in a form of a forum i guess</p>

<p>Owl Days: april
-visiting campus stuff again...i think this also includes RD students as well</p>

<p>It's too bad that I can't try an overnight stay. My school has this crappy Finals exemption policy where if I'm out of school for more than 3 excused absences (an 0 unexcused), I'll have to take final exams for ALL my classes.</p>

<p>Anyone planning on doing the online chat? I don't really know what we would have to talk about... but I'll probably check it out if we ever get the login info. Has anyone gotten the pw etc yet?</p>
