Interior Design at RISD or Parsons?

Hi,
Should I attend Parsons or RISD for the undergrad interior design program?
I’m an international student so I didn’t get any scholarship from RISD (it’s the school’s policy) but Parsons offers me 12k/ year. So if there isn’t any huge difference in the teaching quality, I would choose Parsons, but if there is, I would still consider RISD. Can I get some comparisons between the two schools in undergrad interior design program? Thx!
And what do you think about interior design at SCAD and Pratt also? (Parsons and RISD are still my top choices tho)
