<p>How hard is it to get in to the Interlochen Summer Music Camp (for the high school division)? I'm looking into sending in a tape for the Orchestra group. (Yeah, even if the first deadline was two months ago... :/)</p>
<p>depends on what instrument...but it is generally quite hard to get into.</p>
<p>Hard is more in the past.......phone them and ask about your particular instrument. There are options.....openings are generally listed.</p>

<p>Yeah, it depends on which instrument. But then if you do get in, remember there will be more auditions there to determine which group you get put in.</p>
<p>It's way easier than tanglewood atleast. It's not incredibly difficult, but I have no idea what your level of playing is.</p>
<p>I play the flute ... unfortunately, because there are so many people who play that. </p>

<p>Hahaha. I play the violin. It's like 10 times more common. Doesn't exactly help when it comes to college applications, since every other applicant plays it well... gah</p>
