Internal transfer to arch, is it even possible??

Call me crazy, but recently I started to think of architecture as a possible future career. I understand that the arch program at Cornall is highly competitive, and that applicants are required to submit portfolio stuff. But just out of curiosity, is it possible to transfer to architecture? maybe after one year?

Honestly, probably not. If you took a lot of art classes and produced very impressive results you might have a shot. You'd almost definitely have to take an extra year. I dunno, though, give the AAP school a call.

it's very tough. there are probably 5 spots open each year for transfer..and i know at least 20 people who want to transfer in. if you're still interested in architecture later on, apply for the M.Arch program
