I'm about to finish my freshman year at UT Austin, and I'm planning on internally transferring. I finished all the required classes for transferring, however, I'm worried about my GPA. My GPA will be no lower than a 3.65, depending on my last final exam. What are my chances of getting into McCombs? Please help!

It appears last year’s (2012) average GPA was a 3.7.

I imagine you’ll be fine. I’m sitting with a 3.50-3.55 depending on these final exams so I’m not very confident.

Last year’s minimum GPA for admittance was a 3.5.

So as long as you get above the minimum GPA, you’re fine?

Yep. I think you’ll be good to go.

Hopefully I am… Good luck to you as well Decisions are released June 1st, right?
