<p>You would not be able to do this under any circumstances.</p>
<p>If you're accepted to CAS, you would only be able to do an econ major in CAS. If you wanted to transfer to Stern, you would have to wait at least a semester after you've been at NYU and fill out an internal transfer application (relatively short). If you're accepted at Stern, you might be able to wing an econ & finance double major (but creditwise it could be hard), but the econ major would be in Stern, not CAS.</p>
