<p>From looking at your past posts, it looks like you’re trying to do this with a couple of colleges (transfer to a college with high transfer rates and then internally transfer to more desired major). I personally don’t think this will work at Cornell, especially if you plan to do an internal transfer as soon as you get on campus.</p>
<p>why do you think that it will not work at cornell; what makes double transfers nigh impossible?</p>
<p>Just apply to where you want to transfer to the first time, it’ll get too complicated to double transfer. Plus, you’ll probably have the best shot at the college you want to externally transfer to.</p>
