I am from Venezuela and Im planning on applying for graduate school soon.</p>
<p>I was wondering what are the chances to enter into the top schools (ex: UC Berkeley), for international students with no background in the US school system.</p>
<p>I have a major in Civil Engineer in one of the top schools in my country (top of my class) and 2 years of wroking experience. I was thinking on applyin in some Engineering Mnagement Programs and my first option was Berkeley Engineering and Project Management (EPM).</p>
