I was very disappointed not to be accepted at Whitman for the Class of 2012. I had great recommendations, EC's and overall picture.
I am assuming that the reason for my rejection were my not perfect but good test scores/gpa.
Can any international acceptees share their gpa/sat/satII/act/toefl scores with me, so I can find out more about what they were looking for.</p>
<p>I am an international student from Nepal attending Whitman for the Class of 2012. Well, my stats are average, but I think the essays did the job.</p>

GPA : around 3.2
Class Rank : 40/80
(I had As and Bs in all my internal exams... spoilt my finals badly) </p>
<p>SAT : CR 590 Maths 710 Writing 680
SAT 2 : NA</p>
<p>Toefl: 115/120</p>
<p>Recommendations:
1) 1 from my GC, 1 from my Economics teacher, 1 from my English teacher, 1 from my employer</p>
