I am going to be matriculating to George Washington University this Fall and I will be studying at the Elliott School of International Affairs. My degree will automatically be an International Affairs degree (and I plan on concentrating in International Economics). Fortunately, we are able to easily double-major in Economics.

I am just curious if there are good job opportunities for this type of major set up? I want to work in the private sector and possibly in the public sector down the line. While no major guarantees a job, do you think that this could at least get me into a reputable company and open doors for me?
