international affairs-> go to school in another country

will it look impressive to graduate international affairs schools that I studied undergrad international development in Canada at McGill (im a us student)?

thanks

Honestly, probably not a whole bunch. A lot of US students study in Canada. A study abroad experience to a more relevant area would probably be a safer bet (for example, spend a semester in Africa or Central America if development is your focus area).
