Decisions about financial aid for newly entering international undergraduates are made at the time of admission and are not changed for the duration of the undergraduate program. Cornell has a limited amount of funding available for international undergraduates, only 10 - 15 scholarships are awarded to students in each entering class. The scholarships are either partial or full, based on the selected student's need. It is not possible to apply for financial aid from Cornell after enrollment.

absolutely yes...
infact when its come to int'l aid...most US universities are pretty stingy. Cornell for instance says no aid to ED int'ls...which is pretty stupid because some int'l may really badly want to go to Cornell.
if uve read the UPEnn prospectus u'll understand soon that they discourage all int'l from applying for aid.
in my personal opinion, only Princeton, and HY Mit to a certain extent, are liberal when it comes to int'l aid.

bec they believe u would be mad enough to somehow manage loans (remember they think ur real good...thats why they gave u admission despite u not bein able to meet the finances)...they don't wanna lose u...but can't pay for u

its a smart policy actually...bec some people actually fogo everythin to do it.... so cornell gets the talent and still saves $200000 (4yrs)

First of all, never trust collegeboard on anything. Secondly . . . the amount listed on the collegeboard site might include Canadians/Mexicans, who are intels but are given need blind consideration and have full need met.
