International Applicant - Chance?

Hey,

I think I have posted three topics in the last week and would like to apologise, I am just anxious. I am planning to apply for B.F.A. Creative Producing - 2012 entry. I just wanted to know what I have at the moment.

Stats
• ACT: Hoping to achieve between 28 – 32
• SAT Subject Tests: Planning to take Literature, but not sure yet.
• GPA-UW/W: We don’t do these in the UK and I don’t exactly understand it.
• Rank: Our school placed students in different groups depending on academic ability. I was placed in the middle group, but ranked top in all my creative and business classes.
• AP/IB classes: Not really sure what this is but I have…
- Diploma in Creative & Media Level 2
- Diploma in Games Production/Development Level Extended Level 3 (Getting)
- Citizenship Studies
- Business Studies
- NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Adult Literacy
- Religious Studies
- National First Award in ICT Level 2
- Functional Skills Level 2 Award in Information and Communication Technology
- Functional Skills Level 2 Award in English
(Please note my core GCSE results are not included. I don’t think I am going to submit them because I am going to take the ACT’s test anyway. I also have no idea how I am going to include these in the application, Common Application isn’t exactly International Student “friendly”)

Subjective:
• Essays: (Common Application Essay) Planning to write about how Creativity is looked down upon in British schools and how academic subjects deteriorate exiles creativity.

(Dodge Major Essay Creative Producing) Correct me if I am wrong but the Dodge Essay for Creative Producing asks you to write about an event you planned. I am planning to write about my prostate cancer campaign that I had to pitch to the renowned Saatchi & Saatchi Creative Director.

(Dodge College Essay) Should be okay.

• Teacher Recs: Already talked to my Creative & Media teachers, seeing as they have been teaching me for five years and have witnessed my creativity since I was twelve – the recs should be excellent.

• Counsellor Rec: The counsellor absolutely loves me, he has also taught me for four years. So the Counsellor rec should be impressive as well.

• EC highlights:
