int’lstudent’12 you’re a too kind person. I wouldn’t have been able to go as far.

^^ yeah well, i should take a look into that!

cheers

hey guys, a apologize for my foolishness…lol

Come on guys, I’m sure you’d be confused too if you had to figure out the college admissions system in Malaysia (although probably not because it can’t be as complicated as the US system). Particularly if the language wasn’t one you were comfortable with.

mehul, maybe you should ask a senior from your school or someone you know who’s applied to the US. It’s easier having the process explained face-to-face.

quasiprofound, its not like i didn’t want to explain or anything, please refer to my first post, its 1400 words long. its not for lack of sympathy or initiative, its just that wen you get to the point of asking what the difference between reading, writing and math is, well, its kinda hard. and its not like i had it any easier. when i applied, no one from a public school knew what harvard was, except for like 15-20 ppl across the entire system. no joke. i had to figure the whole thing out by myself. but one can learn something on one’s own. i started in the wrong section - i looked at graduate schools first, cuz i thought was gonna be a high school “graduate”. but i figured it out, and got in. so even after all those detailed posts, if he can’t make out the difference between reading, writing, and math, well something is seriously out of place.
