International applicant or domestic applicant ???

Hi there,
I am an H4 visa holder for the past 2 months. And now I would wish to apply for Masters in MIS. I have not yet scheduled my GRE date. I saw that the fall semester deadlines for International applicants are Feb’15 and for domestic applicants is Mar’15. I wish to pursue MS with F1 visa. Am I a International applicant or domestic applicant ??? thanks in advance :slight_smile:
