International Applicant to BS/MD programs [PLEASE HELP]

I'm really sorry to take your time and greatly appreciate you helping me out.
I'm currently in twelfth grade and I appeared for the SAT on the 3rd of May. I plan on pursuing a career in medicine in the United States. However, most American med schools have a warning for international students on their websites stating that its very hard for international students to get into medical school. But then I came across the BS/MD programs offered by certain universities and found out that they accept international students. I'm currently looking into the UWSL BS/MD program and the Northwestern University HPME Program. I was hoping you could guide me about these programs.
I have a pretty strong academic record. I was the best outgoing student in tenth grade and also the high school topper (94.18% in the board examinations) (here in India, High School is first grade to tenth grade, and eleventh and twelfth grade are together referred to as Junior College). I am a recipient of the NTSE (finished 17th all India) and the KVPY (which gives me a research fellowship at the Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore and also a direct entry to their UG program, considered to be one of the best in Asia) scholarships, both considered to be the most prestigious awards at the high school level in India. I was a part of the National Cadet Corps, and have been doing community service for two years now. I have been shadowing a neuroscientist for three months, and also finished third in the regional Brain Bee. I presented a paper on stem cells in college and I also am an avid quizzer (won quizzes at the state and regional levels, made it to the nationals of two three quizzes).
I scored a 2250 on the SAT (800M 730CR 720W) on my first attempt, with minimal prep (five days of surfing CollegeConfidential and taking two mock SATs online). Also, I WON'T be requiring ANY SORT OF FINANCIAL AID during both, by UG and med school (if i get in, that is!).
I was wondering whether I stand a chance to get accepted to a BS/MD program and if not, what should I do to stand a decent chance. Also, if I fail to get into a BS/MD Program, would you recommend going the pre-med path?
I will be applying for college this year.

tl;dr
International student, pretty strong academic record, excellent LORs, decent (imo) ECs
2250 on SAT (800M 730CR 720W)
Taking SAT subject tests in October, most probably 750+ in all three (Maths-II, Bio, Chem)
Not in need of any form of financial aid
Chances for BS/MD program in USA? (there are approximately 24 programs which accept internationals, including Northwestern, Brown, Kentucky, WUSL, Rochester, etc. I will be applying to all of them)
If not accepted, what about pre-med?
(I am DESPERATE to come to the US for my education, as it's the only place where I get SO many opportunities to study whatever I want to... The Indian educational system is VERY rigid... Also, I'm very interested in research and also wish to major in neuroscience)

Your stats are nearly perfect and you will definitely be considered. The fact that you won’t need any financial aid is also a huge plus!

Are there really 24 programs that admit internationals???

There are 24 which accept internationals according to their websites, but after getting in touch with some of them, it turns out there are just 9 or 10 which actually accept internationals.
Also, I am currently an NRI, studying in Dubai… do you think it is possible for me to get into USA with my background? I also studied in a CBSE School in Mumbai till tenth grade; does that matter or do my SAT scores matter alone? Currently my school is accredited with the IB.
My dad is a businessman and I won’t require financial aid, as I stated above.

okay so the above comment is BS. a friend of mine using my laptop posted it. ignore please. but there’s nobody here anyway so… yeah… eh…
