International Applicant would like to know her chances, and will chance back

<p>I'm an international applicant from India. My family earns $20000 annually. I need a lot of financial aid to be able to go to college. My history includes a psychological disorder which I have overcome, and I'm proud to declare this. How is this looked upon by admissions officers?</p>
