International applicant's chance

<p>I am from Myanmar, I'm educated in a Singapore Junior College.
I've done my S-C A levels.
H2 Chemistry C
H2 Maths B
H2 Economics C
H1 Physics D
H1 General Paper D
H1 Project Work B</p>

<p>My rank in my school of 653 students is around 50th percentile.
SAT scores: 1810 (planning to retake in December)</p>

<p>ECAs : various oversea community services, soccer team member representing school in national level competition, studied and did community services as a Buddhist monk in India for two weeks. </p>

<p>What are my chances for these schools?
UCR, LMU, University of La Verne, Uni of the pacific, University of San Francisco, SOKA Uni of America, Santa Clara University, Chapman University and Whittier College</p>

<p>Also, could you guys suggest some safety schools for me?</p>

University of Utah
Oregon State</p>

<p>You could also try out various state schools</p>

<p>I forgot to mention that I am looking for schools in California. Some safety californian schools for someone with SAT 1810.
How do I stand on San Diego State, University of La Verne? Is UCR a safety for me or a reach?</p>
