Realistically, what are the chances for a Canadian citizen to get into Pomona? # of AP courses? SAT I & SAT II score? GPA? I'm sure it must be harder than for American students. Also, how much would taking university courses while in high school help - do they have the effect of demonstrating academic proficiency as AP? or is it better? Thanks

Your Canadian citizenship might make you a better candidate for Pomona since the College strives for geographic diversity. Academically, you’d need to be competitive with other applicants. Doing well in (vs. taking) university courses would demonstrate your readiness, but it depends on the university.

Good luck!
