<p>I'm an international student, and I'm planning to apply for spring 2012 (Yes, the university where I'm applying DOES accept students in spring semester, and the application deadline being early September). The thing is I start my senior year next February, and the colleges I'm applying to require me to give them all of my transcripts or a credential evaluation, and my question is when should I get this done so I can meet the September deadline?</p>
