International Business/Education

Hey there. I’m set on a path for a degree in Interrnaional Business at Grand Valley University once I begin my freshman year there! I plan to do some studying abroad in South Korea and possibly Japan or China!

However, after I get my bachelors degree I would like to do some ESL Teaching in South Korea. Previously, you only needed to be a native English speaker and have a bachelor’s degree.
I’d like to be more qualified for teaching abroad, which means having a degree in English or some sort of teaching as well. So…

How can I accomplish this? Thanks for all the advice.

Also, some jobs are racist if you aren’t white, so be careful. Quite a few Asian friends have had some bad experiences because they are Asian, therefore they don’t “look like native English speakers.”

Best of luck!
