Hello, I am an international student(senior) studying in an IB-oriented international school. However, with my intention of going to US universities, I decided not to follow the full IB diploma program. Still, most of my courses are IB, it’s just that I chose not to do the whole program.

I am applying as a computer science major for all these schools, so could you chance me for these schools I listed above in the title based on the information I provided. It would be very much appreciated if you could add/remove or just recommend other universities based on my stats and the major I am applying to(CS). If you need more info, feel free to ask me! Thank you : )

CS is currently the most competitive major. Your list is very reach heavy. Acceptance rates are low, and even lower for international applicants. If you need aid, even more so and the CA schools don’t give aid to OOS applicants.

I would add a few safeties on the list, ucs are getting more competitive for international students. I think you have a decent shot at most of the colleges, it’s just cs is way too competitive + you are an international students. So yea, add a few safeties and gl man!

Add UMass Amherst, UWisconsin, and Case Western Reserve, UMN Twin Cities.
The schools on your list are lottery schools - you meet the basic criteria but then a majority of applicants do and are denied. Adding the universities above would give you some matches and safeties.
