International Colleges & Universities???

What unique challenges has anyone found when considering a foreign college [aside from the obvious-far from home, different culture, etc.]?

Is it more difficult, less difficult, no different than admission to a domestic college?

Do foreign schools look for different application information?

There's always St. Louis U's Madrid campus -- 3 years there, and one in the US. Students become bilingual. Classes are in English.

It's the same as applying to an american school because it is one.

the admissions difficulty really depends on the school. For instance, admissions to Oxford would be very similiar to admissions into HYPSM. I know that most UK schools require at least 2, 3, or 4 AP tests because the secondary education in the UK is considered to be more difficult and specialized than in the US. I am not sure about any other countries though.
